Ewen Trail covers a variety of countryside and urban scenery, including three ponds, a section through Elgin Park, a route through some thickly wooded areas, and a walk along streets containing some of Uxbridge’s most historic homes.
Barton Trail circles the Barton Farms community and passes by Herrema Fields with its playground and covered picnic area, through the residential streets, along woodland sections and by a pond.
Historic Trail winds through the oldest parts of Uxbridge, woodlands, streams, and wildlife. Six historical information plaques use historical photos and brief texts to tell about Uxbridge in “the old days”.
140 acres of rolling Elgin Park features a circular asphalt trail that has public washrooms, two playgrounds, a baseball field, Uxbridge horsemen club arena, Legion's club, town stage for events, woodlands, wetlands and ponds, criss-crossed by 6 km of marked trails.
